Check that all parts are properly and securely connected and clean. Even a small part that is not properly seated or worn can cause loss of vacuum. In the box you will find an extra set of valves. Try replacing them. You can also swap parts between both pumps to find out what the problem is. Also pay attention to whether you are using the right size attachment. A size that is too small or too large can result in less milk production or no good vacuum. Use the measuring card in the box or contact us if you are unsure. We will gladly send you another size to try.
Use a standard adapter of maximum 5 watts. Fast chargers or chargers that are too powerful can cause interference. Also try a different USB cable or adapter. Hold the on and plus buttons at the same time. This can help to reset a possible fault. Is the engine still not working or does it not seem to charge? Send us a short video showing how you try this. That way we can watch it with you right away.
Start with stimulation mode or massage mode to get the milk flowing. Then switch to pump mode or automatic mode. Only increase the suction if it feels good. Everyone experiences this differently, so feel free to experiment with what works best for you.
Wireless Bottle Warmer
Check that the rings are placed correctly and in the right direction. Also check that the adapter fits well. With 53 millimeter bottles it sometimes works better without an adapter. Fill the bottle warmer with water and carefully check where it might be leaking.
Use a standard USB cable and try a different adapter if necessary. Make sure the bottle warmer is upright and has good contact with the surface. We recommend charging the bottle warmer from zero to 100 percent a few times in the beginning. If the problem persists, send us a short video showing what happens during charging. This way we can help you quickly and specifically.
