What you can expect:
After we receive your return, we will promptly refund the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and average €6.95 per package. Check the exact rate with your carrier.

Note: the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all parts.

If the product is damaged or used beyond trying it out, we may apply a reduction in value. Please pack your return carefully.
