Returns & 30-day trial

At Evite you get 30 days to try out your order at your leisure. Whether it's a breast pump, bottle warmer or one of our other products, we want you to really experience whether it suits you.  

Still not completely satisfied? Then you can return the product. We do ask that it is returned clean, complete and neat, preferably in the original packaging. This way we can handle the return process carefully and smoothly.  

We understand that a product does not always return completely unused. In most cases we will cover the costs for hygienic replacement or loose parts. Only in the case of obvious damage such as a fall, water damage or heavy traces of use can a small compensation be withheld.  

Email us at  info@eviteshop.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you clear instructions and ensure that everything is handled properly.
